Terra Technologies inspects construction sites to monitor soil erosion control measures to ensure compliance with Phase II of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). Additionally, we also write Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP's) used to acquire Land Disturbance Permits. Some counties require recipients of land disturbance permits to hire a qualified inspector to conduct regular inspections of disturbance sites, including all erosion and sediment and other pollutant control measures, outfalls, and off-site receiving waters in accordance with the inspection schedule outlined in the approved SWPPP. Terra Technologies is a St. Louis County-approved Major Land Disturbance Special Inspector with several qualified and experienced erosion and sediment control inspection professionals.
Some of our current and past SWPPP inspection sites include properties owned by:
- AmerenUE
- Sam's Club
- Little Creek Nature Area
- Hazelwood School District
