Firm Receives Nationwide Permit For Public Water Utility In Edgerton Kansas

Friday, February 1, 2019

David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for Johnson County Water District # 7. The utility is expanding to provide water service to existing and future developments in the vicinity of 207th and Waverly Road.

All adjacent waters are avoiced from permanent impacts. Temporary impacts to waters are necessary to construct the linear utility project. The applicant received a Nationwide Permit 12 verification letter authorizing the activities required for the construction in jurisdictional waters. To qualify for this Nationwide Permit, wetland and stream crossings will be restored to predisturbance condition.
