Press Release:

Firm Receives 404/401 Permit For Multifamily Project In Kansas City, Kansas

April 7, 2014

David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Village West Apartments Development in Kansas City, Kansas. When constructed, the development will meet the demand for multifamily housing in the Village West area of Wyandotte County.

Scientists with Terra Technologies prepared a preconstruction notice with Jurisdictional Impacts exhibit to depict the location of

a single wetland and a small segment of ephemeral tributary requiring fill placement to accommodate site development. T he development qualified for Nationwide Permit 29 in compliance with state and federal conditions. Because the impact to jurisdictional waters was below 0.10 acres, no mitigation was required.
