David Flick, Principal and Founder of Terra Technologies, announces the firm has received the necessary Clean Water Act permit to authorize expansion of the North 98 th Street Roadway expansion in the Village East development area of Kansas City Kansas.
North 98th Street is a vital transportation route connecting State Avenue to Parallel Parkway, serving the Legends Auto Complex, US Soccer Complex, Schlitterbahn Vacation Village, future Dairy Farmers of America office building, and other retail businesses. Roadway improvements serve to improve traffic capacity, efficiency and safety.
Impacts to a jurisdictional intermittent tributary required the purchase of approximately 500 stream credits from the Stranger Creek Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank.
