David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Terrybrooke Residential Development in Overland Park Kansas. When constructed, the development will help meet the demand for single family residences along the 175 th Street and US 69 Highway in southern Johnson County.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the limits of the proposed development project. The site is approximately 129.8 acres in size and is mainly agricultural pasture and agricultural row crop land. A total of 0.36 acres of wetlands and 1,457 lineal feet of ephemeral stream channel were delineated within the subject area.
