David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm has successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the TEVA Pharmaceuticals office project in Overland Park. Developed by Block Real Estate Services at 11100 Nall Avenue, the project includes a five story Class A 150,000 square foot office building with expansion capability to build an additional 100,000 square foot building.
Scientists at Terra Technologies consulted the owner and design team to achieve avoidance of an upstream segment of natural stream channel. Site best management practices provide water quality attenuation of post development runoff .
The Nationwide 404 Permit verification letter was received 60 days earlier than required by the project schedule.
Mitigation credits for the project were purchased from an approved mitigation bank provider.
