David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm has successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the first phase of the Summerwood Estates residential development in Overland Park, Kansas.
Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the first phase of the proposed development and submitted the findings to the Kansas City District of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Regulatory Division for a preliminary jurisdictional determination. The total proposed impacts to jurisdictional waters for the development were below 0.10 acre and under 300 lineal feet of streams, no mitigation was required. The first phase of the development was authorized with a Nationwide Permit 29.
