David Flick, Principal and Founder of Terra Technologies, announces that Senior Wetland Ecologist Shane Staten, PWS, has been elected Treasurer of the Central Chapter of the Society of Wetland Scientists at the most recent annual meeting of that organization. With more than 3,000 members across more than 60 countries, the Society of Wetland Scientists is the world’s foremost professional organization of wetland scientists and managers. Mr. Staten has previously served as President and Secretary of the Central Chapter and looks forward to assisting the chapter with its financial management.
