David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Mill Creek Residential Development in Lee’s Summit Missouri. The development will help meet the demand for single family residential homes in the eastern area of Lee’s Summit.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States and to document existing site conditions. The parcel is approximately 37 acres in size and consists of agricultural land.
The US Army Corps of Engineers concurred that impacts to jurisdictional waters were below 0.10 acre, therefore no mitigation was required.
