David Flick, Principal and Founder of Terra Technologies, announces the firm has received a Nationwide Permit authorizing impacts to jurisdictional waters for the Mariner Holdings Headquarter Expansion project, a new five-story, 150,000 square foot building that Block Real Estate Services(BRES) is constructing near the southwest corner of College Boulevard and Nall Avenue in Overland Park Kansas.
To offset the loss of jurisdictional waters, the applicant will purchase credits from
the Kansas River and Missouri River Umbrella Mitigation serving the project watershed.
