David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Village of Loch Lloyd Cove Residential Development. The development will help meet the demand for villa homes in the Loch Lloyd community.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States to document existing site conditions. The parcel is approximately 7 acres in size and consists of grass land, forested land, and open water. One ephemeral stream totaling 124 lineal feet, five wetlands totaling 1.10 acres, and one lake totaling 3.21 acres were delineated on the property.
Due to the requirement to place fill in wetlands to facilitate site construction, some permanent loss of wetlands will result. Mitigation credits will be purchased from the Clear Fork Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank where such surface waters are preserved through perpetuity under
