David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the construction of a single industrial warehouse in Shawnee County Kansas. The project will help meet the demand for small footprint warehousing in the Central Crossing Industrial Park in Topeka.
Central Crossing Commerce Park is a 500 acre development that offers mixed use land parcels ideal for manufacturing and distribution. Complete infrastructure is installed and has access to major roads, rail, and air transportation.
The US Army Corps of Engineers concurred that impacts to jurisdictional waters were below 0.10 acre, therefore no mitigation was required.
