David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Hunt Midwest Parvin Road Industrial Development in Clay County, Missouri. The project serves the demand for industrial development in the Interstate 435 North and Highway 210 corridor of Kansas City Missouri. Its close proximity to both KCI Airport and Kansas City's downtown business district make it one of the most accessible properties in the area.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the limits of the proposed 200 acre development project. A total of 3,711 linear feet of stream and 0.14 acres of forested wetland were identified as unavoidable impacts to jurisdictional waters.
Due to the permanent loss of wetlands, mitigation credits will be purchased from the Clear Fork Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank.
