Terra Technologies successfully completed a Natural Resource Assessment of a David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for a planned expansion at the Ford Manufacturing Plant in Claycomo, Missouri. When constructed, the expansion will accommodate several acres of additional outside vehicle inventory storage.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the limits of the proposed development project. A total of 0.15 acres of swale wetlands were identified as unavoidable impacts to jurisdictional waters.
Due to the permanent loss of a small quantity of stream and wetlands, mitigation credits will be purchased from the Sni-a-Bar Creek Wetland and Stream Mitigation Bank where such surface waters are preserved through perpetuity under management by Terra Technologies.
