Press Release:

Firm Receives Nationwide Permit For Multi-Family Development In Clay County Missouri

Thursday, April 27, 2017

David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Clay Creek multi-family development in Smithville Missouri. The development will help meet the demand for multi-family residential units in the Smithville area.

Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States and to document existing site conditions. The parcel is approximately 31 acres in size and consists of agricultural land. Three wetlands totaling 1.25 acres were delineated on the property. There were no streams or ponds.

The applicant received a Nationwide Permit 29 authorizing impacts for storm water outfalls. The project will avoid all remaining wetlands.

For more information about Clean Water Act Section 404 Nationwide Permits, please contact your local office of Terra Technologies.
