David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the Cayhill Residential Development in Warrensburg Missouri. When constructed, the development will help meet the demand for single family homes along the 50 Highway corridor in Warrensburg Missouri.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the limits of the proposed development project. Three wetlands totaling 0.63 acres, and three ephemeral stream channels totaling 988 lineal feet were delineated within the permitted phase of development.
As impacts to wetlands resulting from the project are less than 300 lineal feet, no compensatory mitigation is required.
