David Flick, Principal and Founder of Terra Technologies, announces the firm has received the necessary Clean Water Act permit to authorize construction of the Arlington Link Connector Project in Kansas City Missouri. The public roadway extension will accommodate increase in truck traffic in the industrial development.
Scientists with Terra Technologies completed a jurisdictional assessment of potential waters of the United States within the limits of the proposed development project. One perennial stream totaling 7,693 linear feet, one intermittent stream totaling 1,697 linear feet, eleven ephemeral streams totaling 8,089 linear feet, eight wetlands totaling 5.19 acres, and one pond totaling 0.22 acres were delineated at the site.
To replace the lost aquatic resources that result from the authorized project, the permittee must purchase credits from an approved compensatory mitigation bank or an in-lieu fee provider in the service area of the project.
