David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm has successfully completed Section 404 Clean Water Act Permitting for the construction of an access drive off 159 th Street west of Mur-Len Road in Johnson county Kansas. The road extension will provide a traffic relief route to residential development and direct access to the future commercial building.
Because the project was designed in accordance with general and regional conditions of a specific nationwide permit, the US Army Corps of Engineers verified the suitability of the project in compliance with Nationwide Permit 14 (Linear Transportation) without a requirement for compensatory mitigation as impacts to jurisdictional waters are below 0.10 acres.
