David Flick, Principal and Founder, announces that the firm successfully completed Section 404/401 Clean Water Act permitting for the City of Edgerton Kansas. The utility is expanding to provide a sanitary sewer interceptor for new service and industrial developments in the immediate area of 191 st Street and Homstead Road
All adjacent waters are avoiced from permanent impacts. Temporary impacts to waters are necessary to construct the linear utility project. The applicant received a Nationwide Permit 12 verification letter authorizing the activities required for the construction in jurisdictional waters. To qualify for this Nationwide Permit, wetland and stream crossings will be restored to predisturbance conditions.
